How do I become a member?

You only need to make a purchase on Mojjom and a membership is automatically added to your order or when you participate in one of our great competitions that we run.

Are there any shipping costs?

Can I return products?

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the shipping costs. Upon your return, you are responsible for the properly sealed goods, as you bear the risk of the goods.

Do not forget to inform the customer service of your return at and that you have sent your package so that we can start processing your case. Can I get a refund on my orders?

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you paid. In case of depreciation for which you are responsible, this purchase amount will be deducted. You must inform us that you have refused to receive the package.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery charges (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and no later than 14 Days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw the purchase. We make such refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may hold the refund until the item has been returned if you did not submit documentation prior to returning it. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation

How do I unsubscribe...?

The fastest and easiest way is to do so through Mojjom.

You can terminate your membership by email or by visiting the website and unsubscribing. If you terminate your membership, you will immediately lose all your benefits and will not have access for the remaining time. Therefore, it is recommended that you wait and terminate your membership the day before the seven day expiration date. Mark in your calendar so you don't forget. After your membership expires, no additional funds will be deducted from your account unless you choose to reactivate your membership with us by making a new purchase at Mojjom. If your debit card expires, you can simply make a new purchase, enter the information or simply under my profile choose to change the credit card. If you subscribe at Mojjom and again at a later date, purchase our products at a membership price, your membership will be reactivated while €39.95 is deducted. For one month's membership, and if there is a remarkable amount for the previously unpaid membership, please withdraw the money.

Authorization, objection and new card procedure You can unconditionally revoke your authorization at any time so that we can deduct an amount from your account. Afterwards, we will send an invoice instead if you have not terminated the agreement. If you discover one or more unapproved charges, you may proceed to your Card Provider no later than eight weeks after the charge, unless otherwise specified in your agreement with the Card Provider. If the card can no longer be used (for example, if it has expired, etc.) and you wish to continue your membership, please terminate the agreement with us and enter into a new agreement with your new card.

Can I exchange a product?

You cannot exchange an item with Mojjom, but only return an item for a refund. We note that an item must be in the same condition as it was received. Upon closing of packages, refunds may be refused in whole or in part.

If you have purchased an item and wish to upgrade to another item, you will need to make a new purchase.
